Routine and Habits

What types of daily routines do you guy s have?

I have a few, I wake up and feed my cat and dog first ( so that they are content and give me space to do my practice).  Then I goto the yoga room in my house and do usually one or two sun salutations and meditate for just a little bit, then I drink a cup of water along with some fruit, veggie and berry vitamin capsules, and then eat break fast.

It is simple but a great and easy way to start a day by being aligned with spirit.

A few other things you can do daily are:

Say "thank you" to God first thing when waking up, either in your prayer or with your lips.

Go to bed in a conscious way, intentionally go to bed at night before you are super tired and groggy, you will fall asleep in 15 minutes anyway, and then when you wake up you are fresh and in the same conscious state as you woke up in.

I always think that our habits make up who we are!
